Can I order accessories with playing kit or clothing?
Yes. Add individual accessories alongside your playing kit, clothing or packages in the team order builder.
Does the belt include a pouch or backplate?
The Speedsoft Belt, Belt Tank Pouch and Custom Belt Backplate are listed as separate products with separate prices. Select each item you need.
Will the strap fit my mask or goggles?
Contact us with your mask or goggle model before ordering so we can confirm the requirements. Do not assume every strap fits every model.
Can every accessory use the same artwork?
Share your design direction and the products you want to coordinate. Artwork options and placement need to be confirmed for the selected items, then reviewed in your proof before production.
What is the difference between Pro and Hyper Arm Pads?
They are separate product options in our range. Contact us for the confirmed specifications and sizing differences so we can help you choose.
Are design and delivery included?
No. The prices shown are for individual products. The £35 design service applies when you choose a new custom design, and delivery is quoted separately.
How long will my order take?
Allow approximately 3 working days for the first design proof after a complete brief and design payment or waiver. Production is approximately 5 working days after approval, required payment and final release, followed by approximately 3–5 working days in transit to the UK. After UK quality control, onward shipping is approximately 1–5 working days depending on destination and service. Review, revisions, payment and quality-control time are additional. These are estimates: orders can be quicker and the existing queue can affect timing. Check any event deadline with us before ordering.
