Can I mix individual products and packages?
Yes. Build your combination in the order portal using individual items or packages, and add the selections your players need.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes. Review the design proof and player roster in your portal before approval. Production follows approval, required payment and release of the final production files.
How long will my kit take?
Allow approximately 3 working days for the first design proof after a complete brief and design payment or waiver, then 5 working days for production after approval, product payment and release. Transit to the UK is approximately 3–5 working days, followed by UK quality control and approximately 1–5 working days for onward shipping, depending on destination and service. Review, revisions, payment and quality-control time are additional. These are estimates: orders can be quicker, and the existing queue can affect timing. Contact us before ordering for a specific event.
Is delivery included in the price?
No. Delivery is quoted separately. Individual item and package prices shown here cover the products; the £35 design service applies when you choose a new custom design.
How do I check sizes and player details?
Choose sizes per player in the order builder. Contact us if you need measurements or help with fit, and check every name, number, size and quantity before approving your proof and roster.
