Can I order clothing with our playing kit?
Yes. Combine team clothing, playing kit and accessories in the same order builder. Add the selections and quantities your team needs.
Can I use the same team design across different items?
Include this in your brief and tell us which items should share the same look. Review the artwork for your selected products before approving production.
Can you help with sizes and product details?
Yes. Contact us before ordering if you need garment measurements, fit guidance, material information or headwear sizing confirmed for a particular item.
When do I pay?
For a new custom design, pay the £35 design service first and the product balance after approval. Own-artwork orders require product payment before artwork review. Unchanged reuse of a verified previous SD design has no new design fee. Delivery is separate.
How long does a team clothing order take?
First design proof is approximately 3 working days after a complete brief and design payment or waiver. Production is approximately 5 working days after approval, required product payment and final release, followed by approximately 3–5 working days in transit to the UK. After UK quality control, onward domestic or international shipping is approximately 1–5 working days depending on destination and service. Review, revisions, payment and quality-control time are additional. Timings are estimates and the existing queue can affect them; orders can also be quicker. Contact us before ordering for an event date.
