From first selection to final delivery

Browse packages or individual playing kit, clothing and accessories. Build the combination for your team and check the product total.
Package prices cover one player’s selection. Design service and delivery are separate.
Add your players.
Enter the team and contact details, then add each player’s selection, name, number, sizes and quantities.
Check spelling and sizes as you go. If you are unsure about fit or an accessory’s compatibility, ask us before confirming.
Choose your design route.
Ask us to create a new custom design, upload your own artwork or request your previous SD design. Add the brief or files requested by your chosen route.
The payment order differs between routes — see the three options below.
Review your proof.
Open the design proof in your portal and compare it with your player details. Check artwork, names, numbers, sizes and quantities.
For a new custom design, two revision rounds are included. Send your changes together in one clear request, then review the updated proof.
Approve and complete payment.
Approve only when the proof and player details are correct. For new custom designs and verified previous designs, product payment follows approval. Own-artwork orders have already paid for products before review.
Once approval and required payment are complete, we prepare and release the final production files.
Follow it to your doorstep.
Your kit is manufactured by our production partner, then sent to the UK for quality control before onward dispatch.
Delivery is quoted separately. Confirm the delivery address and complete any delivery payment requested before your order is dispatched to you.

01 / Create my custom design
Start with an idea.
Share your colours, logos and design brief. Two revision rounds are included.

02 / Upload my own artwork
Bring your design.
Upload an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Photoshop (.psd) file, up to 50 MB per file.
- Select your products and upload your artwork.
- Pay for the products.
- We check your artwork before production.
- Review the proof and confirm the details.
- Approve the design for production.
JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG and EPS are not accepted as the source file for this route. Contact us if those are the only files you have.
03 / Use my previous SD design
Pick up where you left off.
For unchanged reuse of a verified SD design. Enter the previous team name and the full name used on that order.
- Submit the details of the previous design.
- We find and verify the correct design.
- Review the matched proof and your new player details.
- Confirm it is the right design and approve.
- Pay for your products.
No product payment is due while we check the match. Changed logos, colours or artwork may need new design work, agreed with you first.

Open the proof first, confirm that you have checked it, then choose Approve design in your portal.

Need changes? For a new custom design, choose Request revision and send all feedback together. Two revision rounds are included. If a previous design is the wrong one, choose This is not my design and explain the mismatch.
For extra revisions or changes after approval, contact us promptly so we can check the order’s production status and what is still possible.

First design proof
For a new custom design, after your brief is complete and the design payment is confirmed or waived.
Production
After design approval, required product payment and release of the final production files.
Transit to the UK
After manufacturing and dispatch to our UK receiving point for quality control.
Onward shipping
After UK quality control and dispatch, depending on the domestic or international destination and shipping service.
These are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Orders may be quicker, but the existing order queue can affect timings. Review, revisions, payment and UK quality-control time are additional. Artwork checks and previous-design matching depend on the files and information provided.

Do I need a finished design to order?
No. Choose Create my custom design and send your colours, logos, ideas and references in the brief. The £35 design service includes two revision rounds.
What if I only have a picture of my design?
The own-artwork route requires an AI or PSD source file. If you only have an image, contact us to discuss the right route. You can provide reference images when asking us to create a new custom design.
Can I reuse our previous kit design?
Yes, subject to verification. Provide the previous team name, the full name used on that order and an order or design reference if available. We match and show you the design before you confirm it. Unchanged reuse has no new design fee; changes need to be discussed first.
Do I pay for products before seeing the design?
For a new custom design or verified previous design, product payment follows approval. If you supply your own artwork, product payment comes before the artwork review. Delivery is quoted separately for all routes.
How should I request a revision?
For a new custom design, use Request revision in your project and send one clear list of all changes needed. Two revision rounds are included. Review the new proof before approving it. Contact us about any additional changes.
Can I change something after approval?
Contact us as soon as possible. We need to check the order’s production status before confirming whether a change is possible. Do not assume a message will stop production or alter the approved files automatically.
Is delivery included, and where does the kit go first?
Delivery is separate from product and design charges. After manufacturing, the kit is sent to the UK for quality control, then dispatched onward to your delivery address. Confirm the destination and any delivery payment requested in your order.
What if I need the order for an event?
Contact us before ordering with the event date, destination and the kit you need. We can check the current queue and whether the timing is achievable. Published timings are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date.
